cameron s. This wounds me in a way that feels necessary, and speaks to things I will never understand. Favorite track: Woe Unto Us.

Barnie Mac Literally the most important group of my adult life. Deathconsciousness hands down my favorite record of all time. Now we get to see the Flenser reissuing and furthering the distribution of some of the finest music of the 2008-2012 era.. I have the old cassette versions, but a digital remaster at my fingertips 24/7 is too good to be true. Eagerly will await the 2022 vinyl reissue as well. Best $5.38 you’ll spend in a long time. Favorite track: Wizard Of The Black Hundreds.
MDS thumbnail
MDS A banger from beginning to end. The remaster finally elevates this EP into its legendary status. Favorite track: Woe Unto Us.

Ryza One of my all time favourite EPs finally has a remaster and a digital release. The sound is massive, it hits harder than it ever has. Get this now. Favorite track: Woe Unto Us.

I don't mind your common sense You are already down And living alone, I confess I am already down But this place is a prison, I know I am guarding the cells I hope I can hold on Until the day that I escape And I don't know how that is I don't care how that is
Woe Unto Us 04:33
They are kneeling on my back in Connecticut And I watch for signs, but I just hurt my neck I believe, believe, that you’re the God of Abraham And you’ll strike me dead, but in the end, what the fuck do I care? We can never be alone There’s a restlessness in our bones We can never be alone Because what if I decide That my life has been a waste? So woe be unto us
I am never going to love another soul Even if I tried to And I am never going to live another life Even if I’d die to And I am never going to rest my weary head Or fold these arms together And I am never even going to give a shit If life goes on forever They say “Oh, lord, the devil went down To a deep, dark lake, where my body lay drowning Held me under the sea And I point to the river like the ocean was my body.”

This was originally released in 2010 by Enemies List Home Recordings.

A vinyl version will happen in the future but not before 2022.
